MISSION STATEMENT
C.I.N.E.M.A. (The Cleveland Independent Network of Entertainers. Moviemakers & Artists) is a non-profit corporation dedicated to supporting and aiding Cleveland filmmakers, screenwriters, actors, and artists through fundraising and a comprehensive network of local talent.
CINEMA will remain a Cleveland based organization utilizing the many talented artists in the Cleveland community.
Each year the CINEMA board of directors will select and support, through financial funding and marketing, a new film written by a local filmmaker.
Throughout the year CINEMA will host various events and gatherings, designed to promote a sense of community within the Cleveland arts scene.

C.I.N.E.M.A. Joins forces with The Cleveland Institute of Art!
The Cleveland Independent Network of Entertainers, Moviemakers & Artists (C.I.N.E.M.A.) has joined forces with the Cleveland Institute of Art. They are very excited to be a part of what C.I.N.E.M.A. is striving for, and we are equally excited to form a partnership with such an established and well-respected organization.
They will serve as our Fiscal Agent Through September, 2007,
while we await the approval of our own 501(c)(3).
With this partnership CINEMA is awarded all the rights and benefits of a fully functional non-profit organization, including tax exemption and the solicitation of grants and donations. We are able to offer all donors tax-deductible donations, making it much easier to raise funds for the artists of Cleveland.
